Here is our process for new vendors:

INITIAL APPROVAL

Prospective vendor product review

1) Email product photos and links to website/ social media (if available)

2) Meet with market manager to review products (bring samples in actual packaging for review)

3) If product is approved, vendor submits application


AFTER APPROVAL

1) Vendor submits application with copies of relevant certifications/ certificates/ proof of insurance & submits application
2) Vendor application processed and start date scheduled
3) Market orientation - fees are collected after market days. (Registration fee due at end of 1st market day along with booth fee)
4) Start selling at markets!

PRODUCTS 

  • Products are made/ grown in Texas by local farmers and producers
  • Natural/ healthy items from local sources is our focus
  • In compliance with certifications as required by law
  • Have basic insurance coverage for liability
  • Priority is given to producers within a 100 mile radius of Georgetown/ Round Rock
  • Samples and photos of products need to be approved
